Logan Fullmer

Managing Partner, Director


Logan’s ten real estate career includes hundreds of transactions, most of which are non traditional and cover a broad variety of areas including curative title work, rezoning and subdividing, dispute resolution and workouts, undivided interest transactions, trustee services, and construction.

Before real estate, he managed oil and gas and construction projects. The perspectives acquired from these combined experiences led him to organize Asset Resolution Partners, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas.

His primary role includes managing the business as well as transaction and litigation management.

Logan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Texas State University in San Marcos. Logan’s favorite words of wisdom to which he regularly shares at team meetings us “We are not a real estate business, we are a people business that deals in real estate.”

William “Bill” Dimick Jr.

Partner, Director


Bill’s 50 plus year business career has primarily been focused around being an integral part of the Executive Management of several local community banks, acting commercial loan officer in most of those same community banks, and as a developer of residential subdivisions in the smaller communities surrounding San Antonio. After he “retired” from his career, Bill has focused his efforts with ARP around residential rental portfolio management, subdivision of smaller orphaned intercity lots, and asset risk manager. Bill’s community volunteerism includes a long list but he is particularly proud of his past roles with the Ronald McDonald House, the United Way, and the Battered Women and Children’s Shelter of Bexar County. Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from SMU after serving his country in the U.S. Navy.

Dave’s experience in the professional sales field provides a foundation for connecting with people on a deeper level while managing some of the very complex real estate related genealogy projects. As Genealogical Expert Dave provides the research backed data that identifies and connects disassociated family members as well as expert testimony to ad-litem attorneys who represent heirs in the Texas Probate Courts. Dave has successfully located individuals across the globe to complete transactions that include as many as thirty one heirs.Dave is a member of Association of Professional Genealogists.

Ryan MacDonald



Ryan experience in real estate includes curative title work, title history determination, lien negotiation and resolution, partial interests, heirship research and determination, and land locked property access. Those experiences have led him to resolve numerous properties with extensive title issues in the state of Texas. Ryan earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Texas State University in San Marcos. He has completed over one hundred real estate transactions and his specialty is curative title work and resolution

Lissette Fullmer

Partner, Public Relation Outreach Lead, Relator


Lissette’s experience comes from both the property title insurance industry and as a licensed Relator. Fluent in Spanish, Lissette assists with all ARP transactions requiring Spanish. Her core focus is in unimproved investment grade residential real property listings and most buyers of her listings are developers, investors, wholesalers or remodel/resellers. Due to the unique nature of this asset class, Lissette is well versed in the nuances required to sell this style of property. Public relations also falls under the prevue of Lissette.

The Gibbs Mansion, San Antonio, Texas


Built in 1884 as the homestead of Colonel Charles C. Gibbs it was the fourth home in the Historic Neighborhood of Government Hill. At the foothills of Fort Sam Houston the historic significance of the building includes a mix of Colonial and Gothic Revival architectural design influences. After serving as a Colonel in the Civil War, C. C. Gibbs became the Land General of the Southern Railroad who’s prevue was one million acres of land across the Southern United States.In early 2018 the property was acquired by ARP and then underwent a yearlong renovation as it was brought back to life. Since then it serves as home office for the business and its Texas operations.

Dan F. Burke

Corporate Counsel, Litigation Partner


Admitted to practice law in the State of Texas, Dan received his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Texas State University. His 20 year experience includes Corporate Litigation, Business Agreements, Real Estate, Wills, Trusts, and Probate. Dan manages the civil litigation projects of the company. Dan’s winning record comes from the due diligence and pragmatic approach necessary when handling the most complicated cases. He is one of those attorneys who finds every detail and just will not give up.
